  1. Sell My Broken Apple (hereafter referred to as “we” or “us”) reserves the right to refuse to purchase any device we receive.
  2. We accept no responsibility for damage in transit. Please check your email for our recommended packaging instructions which you can also view on our packaging instructions page.
  3. We do not adjust our quotes unless the device does not correspond to the description we have been given by you the vendor. If we need to adjust a quote due to the aforementioned circumstances you will have 30 days in which to respond and pay any return postage costs (if required). After this time we can and will dispose of the device at our will with no monies being due to yourself, other than that offered in our amended quote.
  4. Once you have sent us your device, either by courier, post or any other method, including delivery in person and you have already accepted our offer, then you cannot cancel the transaction without our consent.
  5. You confirm, by sending us your device(s), that you are legally permitted to sell us said device(s).
